Hi,
I managed to find a comprehensive article about how to simulate mouse left and right buttons, but nowhere can I find a single post or article or comment or code about how to simulate the mouse wheel. I'm completely lost. :_(
Can somebody point me to a sample code or place to look for to simulate the mouse wheel in C? Thanks!

What is your simulation context ?
At a valid window handle,
you could try to post the messages WM_MOUSEWHEEL, WM_RBUTTONDOWN, ... :)

1 solution

Application handle mouse movements by handling messages like
WM_MOUSEMOVE, WM_[L|M|R|X]BUTTON[UP|DOWN], WM_MOUSEWHEEL.

Just send to the window handle those messages (via SendMessage) and it will react accordingly.
