Invalid pointer in VS2013?

Hi
While running projects in VS2013 simply by pressing F5 or by clicking on the command button menu I get Invalid Pointer Error. But by running the same using ctrl. + F5 it's running perfectly and after that the same is running fine by using F5 also.

I have installed Update 5 for VS2013 But still the same issue.
Also, I am using .Net Framework 4.6.1 but the error is same with other frameworks also.
