Operation failed when I export data or deploy from SQL server to SQL azure

i want deploy or export my local table in sql server to sql azure in microsoft azure but i get operation failed in export data and extracting schema.

this is message error :- validation of the schema model for data package failed.
Error sql71564: error validating element [saa] has been orphaned
from its login and can not be deployed(exported)

What I have tried:

How i solve this problem to move local table from sql server to sql azure..
