Bluetooth Dongle

Hello everyone,
sorry if my question seems a bit irrelevant. I plugged bluetooth dongle adapter to my pc to make it bluetooth enabled, it is a plug n play device and recognized by pc, the problem is that now my pc can detect bluetooth devices like phones but bluetooth dongle adapter is not detected by other devices, can anyone please tell me what's the problem is? any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Well it sounds like some configuration thing. I really doubt people here would be able to help you with such kind of issue as it is hardware dependant thing and can differ from type to type.

I would suggest you to contact the manufacturer or some expert in computer hardware around you. Direct expert should be more helpful and accurate.

well as for configuration is concerned, things seems ok unless its too advance sort of things, i've gone through microsoft knowledge base and configured device as it was mentioned there, but still having problems,

Thats the exact reason why I am suggesting you take help from some expert in person. It would be difficult to troubleshoot this kind of thing like this.
If Google does not give any result for your device (sort of a known issue), then its really difficult to get some resolution online.
