Hi guys
I need your opinion in ....
I am going to develop my mobile application which have the two part
1-converting image to character(OCR)
2-Converting text to speech

In your opinion which suitable language can i use to develop such Application?
Is it C/C++.NET , Java ME ,Flash-lite ,Silver Light Mobile or JavaFX ?

I think your first step should be defining the target mobile device. Not all phones/PDAs support all of the solutions you mentioned.
Step two should probably be finding out if there are any existing APIs/libraries supporting the things you need - that could probably help you a lot.

If you consider the above issues - the rest I think comes down to personal preference :)
