The error is pretty explicit: "The path is not valid"
So check that the E drive exists, and contains a folder called "Anwesh".
Then if it doesn't - and the error message says it doesn't - when you create it make sure it has the right access permissions for the user your app will run under.
Then create the file.

So...you want me to fly to India, find where you live, knock on your door, look at your computer, push a few buttons, and then fly back home again?
Where should I send the invoice?

Unlikely to happen, I'd say... So since I can;t see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind, you are going to have to do the work. Start by looking at the folder and file very carefully: what permissions are there and for what user(s)? What user is your app running under? What environment is your code running in? What does your code look like?
I can't see any of these things - so you have to.
