Hi,

I created two custom lists.
One is newemployeeRegister and another one courseslist.

newemployeeRegister list contains empid, empname, dateofjoin
courseslist contains coursename, status, dateoffinish
* Courseslist already contain data


If any new employee Register, automatically all list items in coursesList and NewemployeeRegister lists are copied into another custom list(completedCourses) and empname must be displayed in every row.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this using workflows?

Maybe workflow is not the only way to solve the problem. SharePoint List Sync is an add-on feature for synchronizing lists between source and target lists among SharePoint collaborators. Real-time or manual syncing happens when items have been changed.
With the help of SharePoint List Sync , you are allowed to keep syncing the target list with the two source lists.
