frames in HTML

if i want to divide my HTML page into different frames and color them in different bagrounds eg. grey for page background,lightgery for buttons(left conner(new frame)),etc. for this what is it that i need to do?

also who so ever replies pls tell the part i need to study.

plus also tell me how to paste pictures at the background of complete page?

Solution 1

I suggest you work through this:
html[^]

then this:
css[^]

And then if you are up for it this:
javascript[^]

These represent the best general introdcution to HTML I have found on the web so far.
