For windows vista or windows server 2008 operating systems, service pack 2 or later required.For windows 7 or windows server 2008 R2, service pack 1 or later is required. For more information, see hardware and software requirements for installing sql server 2012.

What I have tried:

i have .iso file , open in virtual clone drive .

The error message is pretty explicit: Your operating system is not supported.
See here: Hardware and Software Requirements for Installing SQL Server 2012[^] and itlists the OSes you can install SQL2012 on: Windows7 SP1 is listed, but only as Ultimate, Enterprise, and Professional editions - the Home edition is not listed.

I suspect you are running Win 7 Home, and SQL Server does not support that.
