Window authentication on WEB API in ASP.NET core

Hi,
I have created a web api service with window authentication for Intranet users in ASP.NET Core, Authentication on service is working properly except that it accept all domain user which have valid credentials for requested machine, I just want that it validate for single domain users only, like users only with domain 'NOIDA'.

I have tried following code in web config, but not working.
