Scroll bar in code window while programming

hi ppl,
i am here with a very weird problem.. for some reason the scroll bad in the code window of vb 12 is not visible.hence i have to use pgup n pgdn each time.
SOS

What I have tried:

tried every thing from split window float window etc etc..
