I am trying to implement paypal pro credit card payment in php

I get following error no matter what i do.

Could not resolve host:

Its a DNS problem of computer I think. But are there any chances of CODE being wrong?

What I have tried:

So it seems to be a problem with your resolving setup. You might try the above command on the system running he script (works with Windows command prompt and Linux shell).

It means that it cannot find that url. Why? You'll have to troubleshoot to know for sure. Perhaps you have a firewall blocking it. Perhaps you have the url wrong. Maybe your network is blocking it. There is no way for us to know.

When I try to access that url in the browser I get a Page Not Found error, different than your host not found so it appears the problem may be on your end. Or their servers are down.
