Hi!
I have a visual basic program, and I want to open a file to another pc after I publish....When i insert the source is something „C/file.file.pdf” : and because the source is my pc, when i run the program whit another pc don't work.

Yes, that is the principle, the private data on your PC is private and can't be accessed by another PC.
To share the file with another PC, your need to store the file in a shared directory and the other PC must have credentials to have access to that directory.
