How can I implement speech recognition that can recognise anyone's voice

I'm developing Cinema ticket booking with Speech recognition Windows Based Application using c#.I have already used system.speech namespace but found that i should train my system before i can use it. And even after training it, it recognises my speech only. So is there any way to recognise anyones speech without training my pc. Please suggest me something that can help me.

What I have tried:

Tried system.speech.recognizer;
Its working properly when i use but if my friends use it then it doesn't work properly. Is there any sdk, api or something that can help me?

What you want doesn't exist.

Dragon Naturally Speaking[^] is just about the best speech recognition engine on the market and even it has it's limitations and learns as you talk.
