create a code in visual basic 2012 to save data into Microsoft access database. I have already created the forms and I just need to know the code in a 3 tier architecture that will store data into the database. please help I am stuck. I am failing to link the UI forms and the database.

What I have tried:

Imports System.Data.OleDb

Public Class MotorRacingDB

Public Shared Function GetConnection() As OleDbConnection
Dim connectionString As String =
"Provider = Microsoft.Jet.OLEBD.4.0;" +
"Data Source = C:\Users\User\Documents\MotorRacing.accdb; persist security info = false"

Return New OleDbConnection(connectionString)

End Function
End Class

the above is supposed to be the connection between database and GUI

I am only guessing here, but did you try searching using google first? You will get many many results and code samples from that.

Why do you need that design? Do you understand what the 3 tiers would be and where that design would be applicable to use?
