"The Google Image Search API has been officially deprecated as of May 26, 2011. It will continue to work as per our deprecation policy, but the number of requests you may make per day may be limited. That article is 2007... Please re-read my original post quoted directly from Google Documentation for the Image Search API. They are saying "NO LONGER AVAILABLE, use new API". I even supplied the link to where the information is found.

As you have been told, the API is depreciated, and you shouldn't be using it for new projects.

No. The original is in C#, and we are not a code translation service.
If you want a large amount of work done for you - and converting a whole project from one language to another is indeed a large amount of work - you will have to pay. I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there.
