I create my own barcode using code 39 font but when I scan it by bcWebCam PRO number 3 read as 1 eg: barcode =*10101032024* read as 10101012024 only number 3 what is the reason  


What I have tried:

the same problem with font 128

Find something (commercial or otherwise) that uses your bar code font. Check to see if your reader reads them correctly. If it does then there's something wrong with your font(s). If it doesn't, then it's your reader.

Or, simply enough, print '11111' and '33333' on separate lines, below one another. Do they look identical? If yes - your fonts are no good, if no, then your bar code reader is the problem.

Learn this method of thinking - you'll need it if you want to be good and nearly anything. What's the problem? How is it shown? How can I test it?
