How do I create a referral page for a member

hello,
I am a beginner and I am trying to create a site where after a successful payment the member must get his unique referral page and when someone signups through that link the info must reflect on the member site I just don't know where to start any leads or resources would be helpful

and sorry if it sounded like a dumb question

What I have tried:

I just don't know where to start and I have searched google but no use

This site is a very good tutorial about languages and techniques you need to master for such a project: W3Schools Online Web Tutorials[^]

You need experience to successfully build this kind of site. Do not expect to success with just a couple of weeks or even months of learning. Sites involving payments are among the most difficult to build correctly and make it secure.
Advice: start with toy site to learn and experiment.

Solution 1

Start by learning HTML, CSS, MySQL and PHP. But you will really need considerable experience before you can create a project such as the above.

yeah I know some html and css but I know next to nothing when it comes to php and mysql

Without that knowledge your chances of completing this project are not very good.
