I'm making a ASPX HTML C# Website togheter with another person.
He made a lot of progress on the project and when I ran it on my PC (Visual Studio 2017 professional) it gave the following error :

ASP.NET runtime error: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform,Version=1.0.8.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly's reference

Could someone please help me?

What I have tried:

I have tried googling as I have absolutely no idea why this is happening to me, no of the few answers i found worked.
