How do I access right click reconversion menu in IME?

Is there a way to call the Reconversion function in the Japanese IME through code alone?

As it stands, you can type in a text box (IME enabled), highlight a word and then select IME options from a right click menu.

I want to skip the right click and automatically get the reconversion list to populate and popup, either from the mouse up event, or a hotkey.

What I have tried:

I've tried the Yomigana framework examples from Microsoft - they show how to populate a menu but not how to call the full Reconversion list.
