Ex mapi using But it is showing Error

I am working on vb .net and I am creating .msg file with the help of Ex mapi but when I add MAPIEx.dll references.

It show exception
Please make sure file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.

I have to create a message .msg file in which I want to add sent time using it's method, but it is showing exception.

Please help me to resolve it, I will be thankful

You haven't said anything about what was in the exception message. How can anyone tell you anything useful when we don't know what the error was??
