3. deployment to android, windows and Linux
4. GUI builder/designer
so,
is there a python IDE,
that targets or can integrate,
tools for deployment to android, Windows and Linux,
and that includes or can integrate a gui designer

kivy framework looks a candidate
but i don't knew what IDE or deployment tools i could use with that? Qt5 can target windows, Linux and android, perhaps that's the way forward??
anyone got this working?
I'm not bothered about host platform !
What I have tried:
google and YouTube searches reveal perhaps 2 but not all 3 of my requirements
