Can any one please guide me on it or what other tools i can use for this conversion

I have tried insomnia rest but didn't get anything. Maybe i am not doing it right.

What is the input and what is the expected output? An URL and an XML file are entirely different things, so this is not obvious.

We have some url links (web addresses) as input and want to convert them to XML formats (xml file is required output)
