I am trying to implement a simple fully convolutional network in matlab with 3 convolution layers (its just to learn and understand FCN), I am using Matlab filter functions (such as imfilter , filter2 and ...) and gradient descent as learning algorithm. I have used both Sigmoid or ReLu as activation function, But the problem is its not learning not mater which function or learning rate I use.
