How to print following output in view in ASP.NET MVC?

How to print Hello1 ,
Hello2,
Hello3,
Hello4 if start=1 and count =4

similarly I have to print
Hello5,
Hello6,
Hello7 if start=5 and count=7 in asp.net mvc?
where start and count are parametes of action method and their values supplied by query string and Hello is constant string.

What I have tried:

I tried but I am Not able to apply logic
