trouble in redrawing - CodeProject

Hi developers
I've developed a program in visual studio 2008 (.net framework 2.0)which draws lines and circles on a panel. My operation system is window xp and all things are allright. Then I published the program and I try to run this programm on another pc (windows vista), but when I try to resize the form I've got problem in redrawing lines and circles (there is no problem on my pc)

Is drawing done like it should, in the OnPaint? -> protected override void OnPaint(PaintEventArgs paintEvnt)
