Windows media player SDK or activex

I want to use windows media player ActiveX or SDK to play videos and Audio in a commercial software. I looked for it but I didn't find any thing about the licensing terms so I asked here. Is there any body can answer me what can I do or What should I do?
My programming platform is .Net
