I want to write a code in c++ in which i can access another computer on internet i.e I can access others files folders etc login others computer, change and delete files etc. Please give me idea or give me source code as i am new in programming.

If you really are new in programming, then this is probably too difficult to start off on. If you must, though, then use a search engine and search on something like 'c++ socket programming'. You will get lots of hits, most with source code.
