You don't have to worry about it as the default ASP.NET Web Application template includes Bootstrap by default. It does this by adding the Bootstrap Nuget package. The package contains the full Bootstrap CSS and JavaScript files (normal and minified versions), as well as the Glyphicons Halflings icon font. During installation of the package, the files are places in the appropriate folders (\Content, \Scripts and \fonts) and the default bundles in the BundleConfig class is set up to include these. See: The ASP.NET Developer's guide to Bootstrap • Jerrie Pelser's Blog[^]

It depends on the type of application you are creating. Like, you cannot or should not use bootstrap that suggests that you are making a music application if you are making a medical application. I usually work with bootstrap themes from http://getbootstrap.com/ or opt for layouts that I later edit from w3layouts.com
I'd like to believe that that's what you wanted- sites that have bootstraps and layouts. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
