Error coming when uploading site on server

Hello All,
I have developed a website in asp.net with c# and sql server 2005.I have uploaded it into server.when i run the url it will specify the following error:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Check out these two things you may get solution.

1. EventViewer(run->eventvwr) Log.
2. IIS Log.
