What part of "Access Denied" is unclear to you: the image you are trying to load (or the folder is it contained in) is not accessible to the user the app is running under as the user does not have permission (or has the incorrect credentials) to access it.

Start with yoru code, and find what the path is. Then try to open that path and see what user permissions are available.

We can't do that for you: we don't have access to your code, or to your file system...
