I have one problem.

I simply want to know how I can create a table that can be easily used as a back end for my solution in VB2010.

I also want to know that when we choose a data source in a vb.net that is for sql server, which we want to choose.
Simply which can be used because there is 2 or 3 with little different name?

Please try to help me.
Give me any reference.

check these few links out that should get you started, I would suggest that if they dont give you the information that you need then google with such search terms as "VB.NET sqlconnection" or "VB.NET sqlcommand"

I am not getting your next question question, but hopefully i can answer the first.
If you have a SQL server management studio then explore your object explore select database in which you want to create a table, under selected databse name there is a folder "Tables" right click on it click to new table... and then add columns to that table. I got your next answer... Use Microsoft SQL Server as a data source. ok.
