the Polymorphism is (function override and overload )
or not

or write class without code or implementation to leave a programmer to write the code

There are two types of polymorphysm in C++. One is dynamic (runtime) the other is static(static). Dynamic polymorphism in implemented by using virtual funtions and funtion overriding. Static polymorphism by using function overloading.

Well, as he said function override & overload is ONE type of polymorphism. You can not term entire polymorphism as just override/overload.
