All articles have to go through an authorisation stage.
They are judged on the merit of the article and whether it meets certain minimum requirements of usefulness, quality, subject matter etc.
(Contrary to what has been suggested above, grammatical and syntactical errors will not cause rejection, I often edit such things for the sake of clarity).
It may be that having been looked at, it has been deemed as not meeting the criteria required for any number of reasons, and subsequently deleted.
I would suggest you ask this in the Suggestions forum, you may find out why it was rejected and be given advice on how to improve it in order to gain future approval.
