Class not registered error from cocreateinstance lib. function in COM on Windows 7, can any one please help me why i am getting this error thanxin advance.

Any more verbose errors, or maybe the code where you invoke coCreateInstance? It may help :)

You have to register the COM component, using, for instance, the regsvr32[^] tool.

hi pallini , i have registered my component i am in see to my clisid also in registry but still i am getting

Can you create an instance of your component using the OLE/COM Object Viewer tool?
Maybe your component is using another COM component and it is missing. Do you have any more verbose error messages?
