Eclipse synchronisation FTP

Hello there,

I read a lot of information of this, but nothing works to me.

I tried JCraft (Webdav + FTPS), it works perfectly, but it's impossible to exclude definitively file or folder of sync.

So I tried "SmartSync" (part of Aptana plugin), it is possible to ignore files of synchronization but it works so weirdly because of local time and remote time, it's never the same ...

Any one have one solution to me ?
