ActiveX component not installing in windows 7

Hi,

I have an ActiveX component that is embedded into the aspx page, and IE suppose to install it if the user confirms. It works perfectly on Windows XP, but fails silently on Windows 7.

On Windows 7, the UAC message box appears, and after I click Yes to allow the installation nothing happens next;the ActiveX doesn't get registered. I have used Cab file to download from the server for installing the ActiveX component. How can fix this?
