I had designed a application which contains Excel Add-ins which works fine but on of the functionality in add-ins that create a run time excel worksheet and insert some data into that worksheet. After performing this operation my excel got crashed and it displayed error of mso.dll. Do you have any idea related to that?

Thanking you

You did not provide a single line from your application -- no chance to see a problem.

There's no chance anyone can answer this question because you provided no detail about the error message received, the code in which it occurs, what the code was trying to do at the time, ... nothing usable to diagnose your problem.

You see, Dave, Amit managed to provide some answer, yet not taking too much responsibility :-) Respect, Amit (but I'll vote only if it works :-).

Shukla, it would be so funny if Amit's suggestion fixes the problem. Could you please try and report back if it worked? If not, let's get back to detail...

1 solution

Try installing the latest MS Office Service pack.
