1. Use Excel Interop. Excel charts contain bar graphs also. You can use that.
2. Write code to draw your own charts. Hint: Graphics.FillRectangle, PictureBox/Panel, OnPaint
3. There are plenty of controls available on net. Do a google search and find if there is something which fits your needs.
