I have a bunch of pdf with a list of name of the files in an excel. we use it for quotation. I am trying to build a software to analyse the pdf using some specific key wards we look for in the pdf. and decide if we keep it or discard it. if we keep it, we print the pdf with the keywords found written in a blank top page.

What I have tried:

I am new in C#
Please advice.Thank you in advance for help.

What you are asking, if i understand it right, is pretty straight forward. Your best bet is to learn how to google for what you are attempting to accomplish as there are tons of options for you to pursue and given none of us are involved in your project, the best we can do is generalizations.

In short, use a PDF library in c#, read the content of the PDF into a string/list whatever it returns. Look through the parsed PDF text for the values you are looking for and then perform whatever logic you need to accordingly.
