Reporting at Dynamical builted dashboard with Controls and data

I'm workin in a project which needs reporting. I have bought the previous version (DevExpress V 10.1).
I have a wpf form and the content is a dashboard with dynamic controls and data (each control has his datatype).
I keep the data using MS SQL database. I have some questions.
1. Can i use your reporting tools to create reports passing the data
from the first form to a new one (The new form will be window form) without using database (and how)
Note every component (control) in dashboard is diferent and obviously the dynamic report needs to created not only with
new data but with new controls .
So the question is not only dynamic data , but simultaneous dynamic controls.
2. This can be done if we take the data direct from data base? (and how)
The difficulty here is to put the right controls
