dear how to add pictures in the article while using online content publishing of code project?

secondly in article submission wizard, can i upload article in .doc or .pdf format? or it has to be .html?

You get an option to upload files that you would like to use/show in your article. Thus, apart from zipped code, you can upload images too.

Based on what you ask, it looks like you want to upload a .DOC or .PDF version of your article which is not allowed. You need to update/post HTML of your article.
