Error due to Just-In-Time Debugging

Hello guys,

I have a windows forms application which controls two windows services. While I was debugging it, my power went off. Then the next time I try to run my application I face this error here. Can anybody help me fix this? Did I damage the GAC?

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
