How to Solve the Resolution problem in flex

I haven't that much idea in flex but i just love to work in flex.

I am having the resolution problem that if i run the flex project on resolution 1360*768 it looks perfect but when i run that on lower resolution 800*600 all the alignment changes so please help me to solve this problem.
