How to Optimize dynamic pages in Search Engines

I am developing a site. Each page of this site is created dynamically. As we know that search engines do not index the dynamic pages. But I have seen so many websites that are dynamic but have a good rank in search engines. for example (www.itdunya.com, www.urdupages.com, www.facebook.com etc).
I know that one of the solution to be ranked in search engines is to convert the dynamic pages into static pages. But my site has thousand of pages and growing up.So, I don't want to use this method. has Some one his own tested and verified way to optimize the dynamic pages in search engines?

Rashid,

This does not depend on wether your website is dynamic or static, you can perfectly use dynamic webpages and have them indexed flawlessly by seachengines. If you want good results though, you'll need to keep the seach engine aspect in mind.

Add property meta tags to your website and try to 'guide' search engines through your website.

w00t? It's just a link to google's search engine optimization guide. The size is 4.2 Mb.

this document is very good. But It has no guidelines to handle dynamic pages. How google will now that what my dynamic page will generate on the basis of a movieid.
For example: my site is for downloading movies. I put every keyword related to movies downloading in my site using meta and description tag. But each movie will be retrieved from the database by passing it a movieid. If user do not write any movie downloading related keyword in search engine instead he typed directly the name of the movie, how search engine will find that movie in my site?

Just read the document, see the information about sitemaps if you want to know how google finds your pages.
