I guess, "illilizecode" means initialize-code? Why the abundance of full stops in your subject? Looks ugly. I edited that part.

the full stops was because I have to use a certain amount of letters in a title

I looked at it and the guy said to just keep adding the wmp dll the the from until it works, i don't understand

The thread there suggests, that the dll , (looking for which throws The FileNotFound exception) be put in your project directory (not just in your bin/debug or release directory

I put the WMPLib in almost every folder and its still not working

Can you make sure, it is under the project itself and under the bin directory?
And, of course, the version is as expected
