I'm not a programmer, but I'm just in Business Information System field, but my title is kinda extremely hard for a basic programmer for me, does anyone knows where to find plugins or SDK for me virtual mouse?

My proposal is that controlling directory of a kiosk using virtual mouse without touching any devices.. plz, someone plz help me out with it.

So you've got a job as a programmer, and now they expect you to create a web-based kiosk with motion detection + webcam, and you haven't got a clue how to do it?

not neccessarily web-based, is jus stand alone monitor will do, title can be changed....
