i have a website project i want to upload videos and i want users can watch videos like youtube.

Steps you've to take is upload the file, pick the suitable player to play the file, embedded it into your web page. Actually more than that, but that's basic. Have you done those?

What are the type of video files you will be uploading ?
video files (.flv) will be right choice to go with. Can you please provide the details ?
