my computer does not have RS232 port.

Solution 1

If the modem does not support USB and you have no RS232 port, you have three options:
1) Use a different PC
2) Use a different modem
3) Use a USB to RS232 adapter

The later is probably the cheapest option, but you will have to check your local suppliers.
