how to start up with telerik controls

Hi Everyone,
I am new to telerik and silverlight. I have a project done in silverlight and i have to make it more presentable by using rich telerik controls. But I don't know how to use them and from where to start with. i started changing my login page but i am unable to use this raduniformgrid control even.

Please anybody suggest from where to start and suggest any website from where I can learn this designing.

Hello Soumya,

As said, you worked on silverlight project. Adding Telerik rad controls to it makes much more interesting.
